Requirements:

• University Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
• Advanced Excel skills with full proficiency including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Good organizational skills with attention to details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in online advertising is advantageous.
• Experience in online sales/pre-sales is advantageous.
• Experience with SQL writing is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Optimizing campaigns to meet CPA/CPC/ROI goals.
• Regularly monitor and QA all live campaigns for proper serving, click-through action, and conversion events.
• Analysis of database tables to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Provide actionable insights and find ways to optimize based on clients’ success metrics, identifying potential issues, and communicating recommendations.
• Support technical and non-technical issues reported by clients and help reach resolution by liaising with internal teams.
• Communicate with account managers and address customer needs.
• Occasionally join sales teams on pre-sale calls with clients.
