Requirements:

• Experience with Youth ministry.
• Minimum 2 course experience with Alpha Youth.
• Administrative skills and ability to manage remote relationships.
• Skill in innovating and enhancing customer experiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office365, Salesforce, and other Alpha platforms.
• Experience in customer service and/or local church leadership preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the National Engagement Team to support churches in delivering Alpha Youth programs.
• Onboard Alpha Youth at various stages to help them engage confidently with courses.
• Hold weekly meetings and collaborate with various teams to enhance youth engagement.
• Help host trainings for Alpha Youth participants.
• Attend all-staff gatherings and provide coaching to churches virtually.
