Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 9+ years of in-house e-commerce, affiliate network or agency marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of one or more online marketing channels such as Affiliate, Partnership Marketing, etc.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks (CJ, Impact, Rakuten, Partnerize, etc.).
• Familiarity with HTML is a plus.
• Experience with analytics software like Adobe or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and frequent reporting.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic direction of the North American affiliate group; working closely with Global VP on key accounts to drive optimized affiliate marketing strategy and execution.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement solutions to expand affiliate offerings and deepen relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation for affiliate marketing campaigns and staff.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
• Drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships.
• Engage with clients on affiliate marketing program development and execution.
• Lead discussions and presentations with clients.
• Define a positive team culture and maintain high morale.
