Requirements:

• Graduate degree in social science (e.g., sociology, political science, psychology) or related field.
• PhD with 1-2 years industry experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years experience.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in developing and testing survey questionnaires and analyzing complex survey data.
• Knowledge of quantitative methodologies such as regression and multilevel modeling.
• Proficiency in R/R Studio and working with large datasets.

Responsibilities:

• Support the production of literature reviews and synthesize information.
• Assist in all phases of social science analytics, including survey design and data interpretation.
• Aid in developing and testing surveys and ensuring clarity and reliability.
• Manage project tasks, coordinate with internal resources, and maintain team communication.
• Interface with clients to communicate analysis results and prepare research reports.
