Proposal Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in proposal writing and coordination.
• Preferred experience in the healthcare or healthcare staffing industry.
• Understanding of proposal industry best practices.
• 1-3 years of experience with proposal software (preferably RFPIO), Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to aggregate information from multiple sources to create professional documents.
• Attention to detail and process orientation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
• High level of confidentiality.
• Ability to work for extended periods of sitting, typing, and using the phone and computer.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Proposal Manager, Proposal Team, and Business Development Team to prioritize RFx responses.
• Act as a Team Lead, providing support to Proposal Team members.
• Gather and analyze business intelligence for proposal strategies.
• Set and maintain proposal timelines and deadlines.
• Conduct quality control checks on proposals and presentations.
• Draft and customize strategic responses with input from stakeholders.
• Develop and update personnel resumes and bios.
• Maintain company information in a repository.
• Track RFP and bid submittal processes.
• Handle administrative aspects of proposal development, production, and delivery.
