Proposal Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related area.
• 2-4 years of work experience in proposal writing, production, and coordination.
• Preferred experience in healthcare or healthcare staffing industry.
• Understanding of proposal industry best practices.
• 1-3 years of experience with proposal software (RFPIO preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with knowledge of proper grammar.
• Ability to aggregate information from multiple sources into professional documents.
• Attention to detail and process orientation.
• Ability to work independently and with team members in a virtual environment.
• Must maintain high confidentiality.
• Ability to sit, type, and use phone/computer for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Proposal Manager, Proposal Team, and Business Development Team to prioritize and develop RFx responses.
• Act as Team Lead to support and guide Proposal Team members.
• Gather and analyze business intelligence for proposal strategy.
• Set and maintain timelines for proposals.
• Provide quality control for all proposal materials.
• Draft and customize responses with input from stakeholders.
• Develop and update personnel resumes/bios.
• Maintain repository of boilerplate company information.
• Track RFP and bid submittal processes.
• Handle all administrative aspects of proposal development.
