Requirements:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in quantitative trading, market-making, or proprietary trading.
• Proficiency in Python and a strong understanding of statistical modeling and algorithmic trading.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, including spot and derivatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quantitative trading and market-making strategies for spot and derivative markets.
• Monitor and manage trading positions, ensuring alignment with risk appetite.
• Manage and monitor liquidation procedures for trader positions.
• Perform post-trade analysis to refine strategies and enhance performance.
• Lead collaboration with quantitative developers to integrate new tools.
• Identify new trading opportunities through data analysis.
• Stay updated on crypto market trends to maintain competitive strategies.
• Lead and mentor junior traders and analysts.
