Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing enterprise customer accounts at a national level.
• Maximize all opportunities for sales within assigned accounts.
• Ensure retention and exceptional client experience.
• Manage implementation projects for all Nextech products.
• Plan and coordinate product implementations within timelines and budget.
• Maintain issue lists and manage implementation issues to resolution.
• Collaborate and negotiate with internal departments for successful software deployment.
