Responsibilities:

• Shape, conduct and translate user research to understand user needs and motivations.
• Manage and develop a small team of designers, mentoring them on skills and career goals.
• Communicate compelling design concepts that align with customer and business needs.
• Clarify ambiguous problem spaces by identifying user characteristics and market expectations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Scrum and Quality teams to define requirements.
• Advocate for design excellence and manage the delivery of projects, measuring their success.
