Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.
• Proven production experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in scripting tools such as Bash, PowerShell, or YAML.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in a Zero Trust environment.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform scripting.
• Solid experience with VNets.
• Skilled in installation, administration, and maintenance of Azure infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with installing and configuring CluedIn Managed Application from Azure Marketplace.
• Coordinate with Implementation and Customer Success teams on infrastructure needs.
• Handle customer deployments, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Proactively monitor and maintain customer infrastructure.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for Azure-based applications.
• Conduct disaster recovery tests and ensure service availability.
