Requirements:

• Experience with plastic injected parts, mold, wrapping machines, and processes.
• Proficiency in NX and Teamcenter software.
• Experience in developing Engineering Design & Development.
• Solid technical knowledge in iron & aluminum casting, forging, machining, turning, grinding, stamping, MIG welding, and final assembly.
• Knowledge of BOMs and ability to transform manufacturing processes into specific costs.
• Basic knowledge of forming tools and fixtures and their related costs is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical variable and tooling costs for Engine components using activity-based costing from BOM, drawings, or samples.
• Provide subject matter expertise to support engineering and purchasing at various levels.
• Analyze supplier quotes and reach agreement on Engineering Design & Development.
