- 5+ years of experience in a demand generation, growth or digital marketing role.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, 6sense, Webflow.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management, communication and collaboration skills (copywriting a plus).
- Own all aspects of the paid advertising strategy by creating, launching and analyzing paid advertising campaigns to create and capture demand.
- Identify, test and implement strategies to optimize and convert website traffic.
- Manage all existing third-party sponsorships while seeking new ways to create demand through cybersecurity publications and communities.
- Test new marketing strategies and ideas to create and capture demand through advertising, direct mail, outbound and more.

- Work closely with the Brand & Creative Manager to seek and provide copywriting and design feedback.
