Requirements:

• Experienced in leading business transformation programs with a proven track record in full lifecycle SAP programs.
• Ability to deliver under challenging circumstances while meeting time, cost, and quality standards.
• Experience in leading teams within multi-vendor and complex client environments.
• Global team experience and ability to mentor and coach consulting resources.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English.
• Proven delivery track record with multi-country roll-outs for ECC and S/4 HANA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
• Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards.
• Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.
• Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success.
• Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
