Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in digital project management, preferably in a digital or creative agency.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong understanding of digital design best practices and production processes.
• Ability to manage client expectations and communicate effectively.
• Experience with workflow tools such as Work Front.

Responsibilities:

• Work with account teams to manage digital campaign projects from initial brief to delivery.
• Be the client's first point of contact and escalation point for issues.
• Ensure quality assurance of all produced materials against brand guidelines.
• Provide regular feedback to clients and account teams to improve processes.
• Manage project and account operations proactively.
