Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communication, Finance, Economics or a relevant field.
- 2+ years of relevant business development experience in hospitality or SaaS.
- Experience or knowledge in revenue management or hotel PMS & RMS software is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
- Comfort in using software and conducting webinars/tutorials.
- A focused, 'hunter' mentality for soliciting new business.
- Fluency in English and preferably another native language.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills demonstrating diplomacy.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential client opportunities via cold calling, emailing campaigns, and industry networking.
- Build and execute a business development plan to meet sales targets.
- Develop strategies to maximize results and achieve challenging targets.
- Respond to product inquiries and leads promptly.
- Prepare accurate quotes and professional proposals for clients.
- Organize product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Maintain detailed records of business development activities in CRM.
- Achieve sales KPIs and finalize sales proactively.
- Maintain regular contact with prospective clients and existing accounts.
- Identify upgrade opportunities with current clients.
- Negotiate contracts balancing service value and company margins.
- Ensure completion of documentation post-sales.
- Provide product feedback to the Product Development team.
- Attend meetings and organize events as required.
- Demonstrate commitment to team goals and service levels.
- Identify and suggest process improvements as necessary.
