Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably within healthcare or mental health services.
• Experience in sales, contracting, and strategic relationship management.
• Understanding of the collaborative care model in child and adolescent mental health.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within specified regions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for new partnerships in specified regions.
• Build relationships with decision-makers to promote mental health services.
• Identify and manage multiple high-potential business opportunities.
• Lead the contracting process and conduct financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and track performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and provide monthly sales performance reports.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective service delivery.
