• 5+ years of backend experience in software development.
• Demonstrated success in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
• Intermediate experience in Python to build and deploy REST APIs and create data models.
• Firm understanding of relational databases and experience in writing SQL.
• Experience optimizing data models and queries for scalability and performance.
• Excitement to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Ability to identify missing requirements early in development cycles.

Responsibilities:

• Help the team deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a key contributor within a software development team.
• Craft great software and automated tests to assure design and quality.
• Own delivery of features independently.
• Provide input that helps with scoping and design for the team.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design.
