Requirements:

• BS, MS, or PhD in computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience dedicated to system architecture and design.
• 5+ years as a senior-level technical lead or architect.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Expertise in building and scaling high-availability systems.
• Deep understanding of multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a roadmap for Reliability with a long-term vision.
• Design, implement, and influence company-wide SRE architecture and standards.
• Create scalable incident management processes and reduce operational toil.
• Foster a Reliability model that considers engineering culture.
• Ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure.
• Develop Production Readiness standards and automate configurations.
• Create a culture of Reliability and deepen partnerships with engineering leaders.
• Mentor other Site Reliability Engineers.
