Requirements:

• Education/Certifications: BA/BS in a relevant field, or equivalent years of experience.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of inventory management/supply chain experience in a multilocation environment, preferably in footwear or fashion.
• Skills/Competencies: Strong analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams, system implementation, and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• The Global Inventory Policy Analyst is responsible for successful planning and execution of trade inventory buys.
• This includes working with regional partners to capture their planning strategy and parameters.
• Ensures system accuracy allowing for correct inventory reviews.
• Supports purchasing teams for smooth release and creation of purchase orders by validating proper system integrations.
