Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business operations, or a related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive IT management experience in a highly competitive, large corporate organization managing $1M+ budgets.
Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure elements, including electrical and mechanical subsystems, security, and life/safety systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex topics to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities:

Lead the HPC Operations Teams to maintain 24x7 critical infrastructure service delivery and meet/exceed SLAs for uptime and performance.
Create a high-performance and professional work environment focused on mentorship and training of data center managers and supervisors.
Provide insight to the Senior Director of HPC Operations on infrastructure solutions.
Analyze operational processes and continuous improvement.
Monitor performance indicators and develop improvement plans.
