- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices, including Agile and DevOps.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms; prior experience with AWS is a plus.
- Proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python); prior experience with PHP is a plus.
- Experience with database design and management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Proficiency in documenting and visualizing system designs using various tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, SEI, SAFE, or similar are highly desirable.
- Strong English knowledge (Upper Intermediate +)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and communicate scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that align with industry best practices and organizational standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes for continuous improvement of architecture.
- Conduct architectural reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
- Participate in the development of IT strategies and project roadmaps.
- Ensure solutions are designed for performance, security, scalability, and high availability.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Identify and communicate risks in the design and development stages and develop effective mitigation strategies.
