• Document and optimize team workflows.
• Manage the organization of Microsoft Teams and ClickUp, ensuring seamless integration.
• Oversee ClickUp development, reporting, frameworks, administration, and helpdesk support.
• Handle the monthly updates process, including writing drafts and planning meetings.
• Own and manage internal team content on the digital asset management portal.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new resources.
• Administer security protocols and promote best practices.
