Requirements:

• Strong manual and automated testing experience in complex systems.
• Experience in test automation and knowledge of automated test tools for mobile and web applications.
• Proven track record of developing test strategies, implementing end-to-end QA processes, and enhancing quality metrics.
• Experience with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, familiarity with Jira and GitLab.
• Cross-browser testing experience and API validation using Postman.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures in collaboration with Masabi's end-to-end testing team and Launch Operations.
• Maintain documentation tracing customer requirements and conduct end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and conduct User Acceptance Tests.
• Verify outputs from testing phases, create standard protocols for deployments, and establish quality metrics.
• Work with product management to translate features into test use cases and coordinate testing activities.
