Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy with CA/CPA qualification.
• 4+ years of working experience in accounting and book close process.
• Experience in legal entity level accounts finalization as per IFRS/Ind AS accounting standards.
• In-depth understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the month and quarter-end US GAAP Close processes.
• Lead Local statutory audits and ensure compliance with Local GAAP principles.
• Assess risks and maintain financial integrity of accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain account reconciliations per GAAP.
• Research technical accounting issues and prepare reports for management.
• Support compliance and improve internal controls in accounting processes.
• Coordinate timely completion of various audits and compliance activities.
