Billing Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Operations, Management, or Finance preferred.
• Experience in a billing role, or in an operations, project management, or consulting environment, with exposure to finance/accounting required.
• Experience with quote-to-cash processes.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Intacct, and Braintree highly preferred.
• Diplomacy skills to deal effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Review revenue generating contracts and ensure adherence to quote-to-cash processes.
• Ensure accuracy of all commercial data and contracts within guidelines.
• Assist Sales Operations, Legal, and Accounting Teams during contract negotiations.
• Manage the Billing team, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Streamline the billing process and ensure data reliability across systems.
• Oversee change management for Finance and Accounting processes, specifically quote-to-cash.
• Develop and maintain procedure and process flow documentation.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Implement internal controls within the quote-to-cash process and maintain relevant documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for revenue and quote-to-cash inquiries from auditors.
• Support management on ad-hoc analysis and projects.
