  • Serve as an advocate for customers, demonstrating expertise and empathy for their pain points.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment throughout the go-to-market process.
  • Craft compelling product messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive self-service resources.
  • Create sales enablement materials and training resources.
  • Manage and optimize product launch campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content marketing for engaging educational content.
  • Track and analyze product marketing performance metrics.
