Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in both people and technical leadership with strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid technical backend background in Java.
• Experience in building and fostering a DevOps culture within a team.
• Experience in managing on-call practices.
• Bonus experience with search-related technologies such as Elasticsearch, Opensearch, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the strategy and development of search retrieval capabilities of the platform.
• Accountable for the delivery of goals across the team and maintaining relationships with adjacent teams.
