Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in medical management leadership roles.
• 5+ years of Medicaid experience, preferably in the State of Illinois.
• Experience with data analytics reporting for managed care populations.
• Experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
• Strong influencing skills to align senior stakeholders.
• Extensive experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure understanding of Illinois' needs and compliance benchmarks.
• Oversee analysis, management, execution, and staffing for health services operations.
• Ensure maximal performance with HEDIS and accreditations through Quality team oversight.
• Serve as the single point of contact on health services operations with regulators.
• Lead clinical program vendor implementations while overseeing external clinical program stakeholders.
• Communicate internal clinical initiatives to maintain a cohesive clinical strategy.
• Identify compliance processes for Medicaid standards and work with the COO and Compliance.
• Present complex concepts to various leadership levels.
• Act as point of contact for health services operations with external stakeholders.
