Requirements:
3-5+ years of sales/account management experience. Experience in the senior care industry or relevant experience with a willingness to learn. Proven problem-solving abilities. Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, independent environment. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent customer service, coaching, and training skills. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound discretion in decision-making. Strong organizational skills to meet time deadlines. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel for conferences as needed.
Responsibilities:
Deliver growth for your designated portfolio of home care customers by driving conversion of referrals. Build and nurture relationships with home care customers resulting in increased customer retention and satisfaction. Drive a quick ramp-up of new home care customers and accelerate their effectiveness in converting referrals. Implement strategies to drive client activations and improve conversion rates. Increase revenue through upselling and increasing monthly referral volume. Conduct regular reviews of referrals and educate customers on our value and best practices. Promote the use of the Home Care Partner Portal for reporting and lead tracking. Resolve invoice disputes and communicate results in a supportive manner. Assist in maintaining an accurate database of home care agencies.
