  • Increase revenue through upselling and increasing monthly referral volume.
  • Conduct regular reviews of referrals and educate customers on our value and best practices.
  • Promote the use of the Home Care Partner Portal for reporting and lead tracking.
  • Resolve invoice disputes and communicate results in a supportive manner.
  • Assist in maintaining an accurate database of home care agencies.
