Responsibilities:
- Deliver growth for your designated portfolio of home care customers by driving conversion of referrals.
- Build and nurture relationships with home care customers resulting in increased customer retention and satisfaction.
- Drive a quick ramp-up of new home care customers and accelerate their effectiveness in converting referrals.
- Implement strategies to drive client activations and improve conversion rates.
- Increase revenue through upselling and increasing monthly referral volume.
- Conduct regular reviews of referrals and educate customers on our value and best practices.
- Promote the use of the Home Care Partner Portal for reporting and lead tracking.
- Resolve invoice disputes and communicate results in a supportive manner.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate database of home care agencies.
