Requirements:

• 2+ years experience recruiting high volume employees in-house.
• Record of excellence in solving recruiting problems in fast-paced environments.
• Experience conducting a high-touch recruiting process with a focus on building candidate relationships.
• Creative thinking skills to develop strategies for specialized roles.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as G Suite, Slack, Greenhouse, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

• Execute full cycle recruitment (sourcing through closing) for diverse talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align talent strategies.
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure high-quality candidate experiences.
• Screen and evaluate applicants to assess competencies and qualifications.
• Partner with hiring managers to close and hire top talent.
• Monitor job market trends and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
• Participate in talent acquisition projects as needed.
