Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in security or software development.
• At least 2 years in application security and management.
• Experience in security tooling, security architecture, or offensive security.
• Ability to read and write code at a senior developer level, preferably in Ruby, JavaScript, Java, and Python.
• Excellent leadership skills and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, support, and set direction for the Application Security team and program.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with product engineering leaders.
• Collaborate with other security teams and act as a subject matter expert to address business risks.
