Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a product design setting.

• Experience with complex information architecture is a significant asset.
• Comprehensive understanding of product development processes.
• Ability to ground design decisions in user research and data analysis.
• Meticulous attention to detail in creating customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design of new products through customer and competitive research.
• Develop AB tests for conversion rate improvement between product launches.
• Validate design concepts through user testing and usability feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-fidelity designs.
• Continuously refine designs based on customer feedback and insights.
• Create user-friendly interfaces with established design systems.
• Contribute to the team's design system and processes.
• Participate in team critique sessions and design QA with engineering.
• Measure the impact of launched solutions for future iterations.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, explaining design rationale.
