Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of professional IT experience with relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cloud+, or Security+.
  • Proficiency in supporting both Mac and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with Google Workspace or Office 365 Admin, IT service management platforms such as Jira, and mobile device management systems.
