• Fluency in Slovenian at C2 level.
• Good command of English at B2 level.
• Basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
• A problem-solving attitude and multitasking ability.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and live there for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact for Slovenian-speaking customers needing support.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with refund issues, account settings, and after-sales queries.
• Ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer problems.
