• Technical skills and product knowledge.
• Basic understanding of computer use.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and live there for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Help Netherlands-speaking customers needing technical support for products or services.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with questions about products, account settings, or installation issues.
