• Advanced proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Minimum of 3 years of backend development experience with PHP, Node.js, Django/Flask.
• Knowledge of technical SEO principles and best practices.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a company under 200 people.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the architectural design and integration of new features that align with UX design and business goals.
• Drive improvements in performance, speed, reliability, uptime, and security.
• Lead efforts to enhance site experience, including A/B testing and traffic optimization.
• Mentor, guide, and develop a high-performing team of engineers.
