Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience in access management consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions, with hands-on experience in tools such as Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Oracle Access Manager (OAM).
  • Strong understanding of access control protocols including OAuth, SAML & OpenID.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage multiple engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in access management or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
