Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information security, IT, computer science, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in application security or related role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST).
• Experience with API security and familiarity with healthcare data standards.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry's threat landscape.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline security integration.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP or HCISPP are ideal.
• Experience securing cloud environments like Azure or AWS.
• Proven ability in conducting security assessments and managing vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on management of all security solutions across the organization.
• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents.
• Conduct threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Manage identities in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Implement Data Loss Prevention strategies and identify coverage gaps.
• Participate in incident response and maintain awareness of cyber threats.
• Collaborate with development teams to secure the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Enforce secure coding standards and conduct security assessments.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Support application security incident response and promote security awareness.
