Requirements:

• Physically located in California.
• Field Ops requires reliable transportation for engagement at various locations.
• Virtual Ops must have a quiet, HIPAA compliant, and internet-connected workspace.
• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment.
• Dedicated to community improvement.
• Results-driven with a track record of exceeding performance indicators.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills.
• Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program virtually and in-person.
• Listen openly to eligible members; adopt a proactive communication approach.
• Educate partners about Pair Team’s services and link members to the Enhanced Care Management program.
• Explain and address hesitations related to healthcare services and benefits.
• Utilize community knowledge and customer service skills to build trust.
• Ensure effective communication among teams, partners, and organizations.
• Meet enrollment metrics and manage the enrollment process from start to finish.
• Provide updates on the enrollment progress and utilize technology tools.
