Internal Communications Specialist

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a communications team, particularly internal communications.
• Experience writing for various mediums (email, video scripts, etc.).
• Experience working with executive management.
• General marketing or internal communications experience is beneficial.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Creative ability to devise communication strategies.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools, especially video.
• Good interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Presentation design knowledge and quick update ability.
• Skills with the Figma platform are a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, edit, and write internal company communications across email, intranet, and Teams platforms.
• Develop internal communication materials for HR, Marketing, and Sales departments.
• Support executive team with Townhalls and internal event communications.
• Work with written and visual content to ensure effective communication of strategic goals.
• Lead quarterly Global Townhall and region-based Q&A sessions.
• Support employee engagement activities including Acronis #CyberDiversity.
• Lead initiatives for internal events and training.
• Establish an internal communications strategy.
• Collaborate with creative designers.
• Respond to staff feedback for communication improvements.
