Planner, Global Demand Planning

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in demand planning, merchandise planning or related fields.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and moderate experience using other Microsoft suite applications.
• Strong forecasting and analytical skills with experience in statistical forecasting methods and demand planning systems.
• Functional subject matter expertise in Merchandise Planning/Demand Planning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and continuously refine accurate demand forecasts through data analysis, statistical forecasting methodologies, market trend assessment, and inputs from key stakeholders.
• Create reports and provide analysis related to seasonal hind-sighting, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), forecast accuracy, and assortment optimization.
• Support the growth of the Global Demand Planning function by implementing and documenting best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Regional Planning, Finance, and Supply Chain to align demand forecasts.
