Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or Business.
• Minimum of 3 years experience executing organic search campaigns in highly competitive search industries.
• Experience using WordPress, HubSpot, and other online publishing content management systems.
• Experience with digital platforms including Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMRush.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct website traffic, content, keyword, and URL audits to improve search engine relevance.
• Track and monitor technical SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic and keyword rankings, and contribute to regular reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to design and deploy web pages that adhere to brand standards.
• Assist in the development of new web pages and technical SEO initiatives.
• Support management and updates of Aledade.com and other web properties as needed.
