Requirements:
  • 3+ years of content production background is a must. Agency experience preferred.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Result-oriented and client-focused with a passion for the creative and production processes.
  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Consistent follow-through ability to traffic communication and ensure project accuracy.
  • Strong computer skills and hands-on understanding of G Suite and creative tools and file types.
  • A creative point of view, a 'can-do' attitude and a 'what’s next' mentality.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at one time.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the middle person between Client and Agency on all things content development and asset trafficking.
  • Guide the creative development and execution from in-house and freelance production staff.
  • Work closely with our Audience Strategy Team, motion graphics designers, animators, and editors, to brilliantly bring ideas to life.
  • Receive, review, distribute, and manage assets internally and externally for each project.
  • Establish project schedules and maintain on-time accountability.
  • Ensure all resource and budget allocations meet the scope of work for each project.
  • Route storyboards, social cuts, and other materials for internal and external approvals.
  • Track music, graphics, films, series, and other additional source files are delivered to the editors.
  • Monitor digital file guidelines, naming convention protocol and file-sharing processes.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed based on client needs.
