Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value customers through calls and online meetings.
  • Understand customers’ business requirements and align them with the product solution.
  • Conduct product demos and training to drive value realization and product adoption.
  • Proactively monitor customer health signals and satisfaction levels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers.
  • Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams for product improvements.
  • Work to improve customer success SOPs with the team.
  • Track and analyze KPIs related to customer engagement.
