Requirements:

• AML/CTF SME; experience working in AML/Sanctions Compliance programme(s).
• Knowledge of Irish compliance and regulatory matters, specifically the Criminal Justice Act 2010, as amended.
• Capacity to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards and ensuring effective time management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Keen interest in digital assets.
• 4+ years prior experience in AML Compliance roles.

Responsibilities:

• AML/CTF focused.
• Developing and implementing a risk assessment framework.
• Managing compliance policies on behalf of the team.
• Developing and implementing the AML/CTF programme to ensure compliance with Irish and international regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring compliance with the firm’s AML/CFT obligations.
• Reviewing High Risk clients.
• Reviewing Suspicious Transaction Reports.
• Remaining up to date on regulations, laws, and guidance related to the company and updating policies accordingly.
