Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Product Manager in a tech product company.
• Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS market.
• Experience delivering at least two integrations end-to-end.
• Goal-oriented with ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
• Proven strategic partner experience in product development.
• Data-driven mindset for accurate analysis and continuous improvement.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and receptiveness to change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for product development.
• Fluent English (C1).

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Machine Learning to create real-time data solutions for Lyro AI Agent.
• Be responsible for integrations ecosystem including Integrations, OpenAPI, Tidio Marketplace & Software Partner Program.
• Monitor relevant metrics, identify issues and opportunities for product-led growth.
• Develop detailed product artefacts like Business Cases, Epics & Roadmap to provide clarity.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Manager, Engineers and Designer.
• Communicate effectively regarding product roadmap and new features.
• Work with Lead Product Manager to set objectives, metrics, and prioritize initiatives.
