Staff Product Designer, Onchain Consumer

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience designing exceptional product experiences.
• Contributions to at least one onchain app or experience.
• Proven track record of successfully leading design function across a product area.
• Ability to own end-to-end design process from initial concept to final implementation including user research, prototype testing, and quantitative methods.
• Ability to collaborate and partner strategically with UX Research, Product, and Engineering to drive and influence product decisions and strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Represent design thinking with a user-centric perspective in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teammates to research and design effective solutions to grow the Base ecosystem to billions of users.
• Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and production.
• Establish and lead the design function for your product area.
• Blend qualitative and quantitative insights to create beautiful, usable, valuable product experiences for the Base community.
