Requirements:

• 10+ years of credit risk management experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in BNPL or consumer finance.
• Expertise in credit risk modeling, analytics (SAS, R, Python), and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Master’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a related field (MBA/PhD is a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement end-to-end credit risk strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee portfolio performance, manage credit limits, and ensure proactive risk identification and mitigation.
• Work closely with data science teams to refine risk models and improve customer segmentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk policies.
• Partner with product, engineering, and finance teams to align risk strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and data scientists.
