Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar.
  • Ability to solve diverse problems through in-depth analysis.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with logical problem-solving.
  • Experience with compressed gas cylinders or high-pressure systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Motion or Control systems is advantageous.
  • Experience in delivering technical training.
  • Competence in Salesforce or similar CRM is an advantage.
  • Experience working with international teams is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated with a passion to learn.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for installations and support as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Represent Markforged by providing excellent technical support to resellers and customers.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, follow up, and resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams for continuous improvement.
  • Create and improve technical documentation.
  • Occasionally visit Partners or Customers for training and support.
  • Run the technical training program for partner network.
