Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree; degree in a life science preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of experience in Proposal Development for CRO/pharmaceutical industry.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support Business Development lead with proposal building and vendor quotes.
• Assist with completion of all Sponsor Requests for Information and maintain RFI library.
• Schedule and participate in Sponsor introductory and ongoing calls.
• Engage in internal strategy discussions related to assigned Sponsor projects.
• Research and collect data pertinent to assigned Sponsor projects.
• Create presentations and visuals to support assigned Sponsor projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams for information gathering and updates.
• Support scheduling for Bid Defense sessions and attend prep sessions.
