Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required, preferably in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Project, and SharePoint.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and a client-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Works as part of the project team, developing the scope, cost, and schedule for retail and office projects.
• Oversees project implementation and construction completion.
• Conducts weekly meetings and documents outcomes.
• Coordinates vendor activities and maintains project documentation.
• Prepares status reports and manages project budgets.
• Manages small ground-up projects and client relationships.
